90种中药不良反应与其药性相互关系研究

Research on Relationship between Adverse Reaction and Resistance of 90 Kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨中药不良反应与其药性的相互关系,找出与不良反应密切相关的药物属性,为临床安全、合理用药提供指导。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对20年来刘绍贵主任药师收集或分析处理的中药不良反应表现进行统计,分析比较不同药性之间各项目发生的比率。结果:90种中药不良反应中,寒凉药30种,温热药46种,平性药14种。其中温热药在致口干、发热、血压升高、肢体麻木、烦躁不安、神志不清方面与寒凉药及平性药存在明显差别,温热药在引起口干、肢体麻木、燥躁不安、神志不清及血压上升方面与寒凉药比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与平性药相比差异无统计学意义;寒凉药在致肝损害及寒颤方面与温热药及平性药存在明显差别,而平性药在致皮肤过敏反应方面与温热药及寒凉药存在明显差别,但差异无统计学意义。结论:中药不良反应的表现与其药性密切相关。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the adverse reaction and resistance of traditional Chinese medicine, to identify the closely related properties with adverse reactions, and to provide guidance for clinical safety, rational drug use. Methods： A retrospective study method was applied; the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine collected or analyzed by chief pharmacist LIU Shao-gui for 20 years were counted; the ratio of different resistance were analyzed. Results：Among the 90 adverse reaction of Traditional Chinese Medicine, there were 30 due to herbs of cold and cool nature, 46 due to warm and heat herbs and 16 due to neutral herbs. Warm and heat herbs showed obvious difference with herbs of cold and cool nature and neutral herbs, on Dry mouth, fever, elevated blood pressure, limb numbness, irritability and confusion. The difference between warm and heat herbs and herbs of cold and cool nature, on dry mouth, numbness of the limbs, dryness,irritability, confusion and increased blood pressure, was statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and the difference between warm and heat herbs and neutral herbs was not significant（P〈0.05）. Herbs of cold and cool nature showed obvious difference with neutral herbs, on liver damage and shivering; Neutral herbs showed obvious difference with warm and heat herbs and herbs with cold and cool nature, on skin allergic reaction, without statistical significance. Conclusion： The performance of the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the resistance.
