摘要
目的:研究拟草果挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取拟草果果实中的挥发油,采用GC-MS联用技术对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定。结果:共分离出43个峰,分析鉴定了其中的36种成分,其中相对质量分数较高的有癸醛(20.96%)、乙酸辛酯(12.67%)、乙酸癸酯(9.95%)、癸酸(5.36%)、癸醇(4.36%)和2-癸烯醛(4.32%)。结论:首次从拟草果果实挥发油中分离鉴定出36种成分。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Essential oil from Amomum Paratsao-ko S.Q.Tong et Y.M.Xia.Methods:The essential oil were extracted by steam distillation and then analyzed by GC-MS.Result:The 43 compounds were obtained and 36 of them were identified;the major chemical constituents of the essential oil is Decanal(20.96%), octyl acetate(12.67%), decyl acetate(9.95%), capric acid(5.36%), Decyl alcohol(4.36%) and 2-decenal(4.32%). Conclusion:There were 36 compounds first identified from this plant.
