摘要
通过对医院外事管理工作和对外交往现状的分析 ,探讨外事管理工作在促进医院学科人才建设中的地位和作用 ,以及如何利用对外交往服务于医院全面建设。
By analyzing the current situation of the foreign affairs in PLA hospitals,it is mainly discussed in this article that the role in the management of branch personnel's construction of the foreign affairs as well as how external exchanging activities serves the construction of the hospitals.
