针灸联合智力训练治疗小儿脑瘫84例临床观察

Effects of Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Mental Training on Mental Disorders in Children with Cerebral Palsy:A Clinical Observation of 84 Cases

目的:观察针灸联合智力训练治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为小儿脑瘫的168例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各84例。治疗组使用针灸联合智力训练进行治疗;对照组只使用针灸进行治疗。对比两组患儿的恢复情况。结果:治疗组优良率为86.90%(73/84),显著高于对照组的28.57%(24/84),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者总满意率为72.62%,明显高于对照组的29.76%(P<0.05);治疗组的并发症发病率为19.05%,低于对照组的44.06%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合智力训练治疗小儿脑瘫智力障碍的恢复较好,不仅时间短,而且安全性较好。

Objective： To study the efficacy of acupuncture and intelligence training on mental disorders affecting children with cerebral palsy. Methods： The 168 cases of patients, diagnosed with cerebral palsy children, were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 84 cases in eache. Patients were treated by acupuncture combined with intelligence training in treatment group using, and only acupuncture treatment in the control group. The recovery was compared in the two groups. Results： The excellent accounting of treatment group was 86.90%（73/84）, which was higher than 27.38%（23/84） in control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. which were significantly higher than the 15.48%（13/84）, 28.57%（24/84）. The patients overall satisfaction rate was 72.62 in treatment group, which was higher than the 29.76% in control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications was 19.05% in treatment group, which was lower than the 44.06% in control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined intelligence training can provide well recovery for children with cerebral palsy with mental retardation, in a short time, with better security.
