长株潭新型工业化评价指标体系设计刍议

Discussion on the Design of Evaluation Index System of the New-type Industrialization in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region

科学测度新型工业化的进程和质量,并构建符合区域特点的长株潭新型工业化评价指标体系是一个亟待解决的课题。从新型工业化进程和发展质量两个层面分别对长株潭新型工业化进行测量,然后根据构建的长株潭新型工业化综合评价模型对长株潭新型工业化进行综合测度,全面衡量长株潭新型工业化的进程和发展状态,并提出有针对性的对策建议。

The scientific measurement of the process and quality of the new-type industrialization and con-structing the regional evaluation index system is an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,the process and development quality of the regional new-type industrialization are measured.Then according to the comprehensive evaluation model of new-type industrialization of that region,it carries out a comprehensive measurement concerning its process and development,and thus puts forward some corresponding counter-measures.
