大学生职业价值观对职业生涯规划的影响研究——基于川渝高校大学生的实证分析

Research on the Impact of Vocational Value on Career Planning of College Students:An Empirical Analysis of Sichuan-chongqing College students

以川渝高校在校大学生为研究对象,通过实证研究探讨大学生职业价值观和职业生涯规划之间的关系。结果表明,大学生职业价值观和职业生涯规划在大学生人口学变量上存在显著差异;职业价值观与职业生涯规划之间存在显著正相关;职业价值观对职业生涯规划有显著的预测解释作用。

On the basis of reviewing and summarizing predecessors ’ study, this paper takes college students in Sichuan and Chongqing area as the research obj ect and tries to explore the relationship between vocational value and career planning through empirical analysis.Finally,it gets the following conclusion：Vocational value and career planning have significant differences in demographic variables;significant posi-tive correlation exists not only between vocational value and career planning,but also between their each dimensions;vocational value plays an important role in predicting and explaining career planning.
