发展社区金融重在服务模式下沉

The Service Pattern –the Key of Developing the Community Finance

本文对我国社区金融服务发展情况进行了总结分析,指出了其中存在的主要问题,在借鉴美国社区银行发展的有益经验上,提出优化渠道建设、强化客户管理、提升产品交叉销售能力、做实服务升级等建议,以促进我国商业银行发展社区金融。

The paper analyzes and summarizes the development of the community financial services in China, and points out the main problems. On the basis of learning the useful experience of the development of the community banks in the United States, the paper puts forward some suggestions such as optimizing construction channels, strengthening customer management, improving the ability of product cross-selling, upgrading service and so on to promote Chinese commercial banks to develop the community finance.
