阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea—hypopnea syndrome OSAHS)是常见的睡眠呼吸疾病,可以引起包括血糖改变在内的一系列全身病理生理改变。有很大比例2型糖尿病患者合并此病,多项研究显示二者在发病机制上互相关联,病程进展上互相促进,而发现和治疗OSAHS可以改善患者血糖水平。
