西部欠发达地区旅游驱动型城镇化模式探析——以丽江市为例

An Analysis of Tourism-Driven Urbanization in Western Underdeveloped Region of China:With Lijiang City as a Case

旅游产业是推动西部欠发达地区城镇化的重要动力。本文以丽江市为例,分析了西部欠发达地区旅游驱动型城镇化的形成机理,探讨了旅游开发对城镇化发展的驱动作用,总结出丽江所代表的"塔台模型"旅游驱动型城镇化模式,阐述了旅游驱动型城镇化面临的机遇和挑战。

Tourism development is an important power to accelerate the urbanization in the western underdeveloped region of China. This paper first analyzes the formation of tourism-driven urbanization in the western underdeveloped region; then it uses Lijiang City as an example, discusses the urbanization development driven by the tourism; And then it summarizes the tourism-driven urbanization mode represented by Lijiang to ＂tower model＂ , which includes the ecological environment support, tourism resources unique, the tourism industry drivers and so on. Finally, it expounds the opportunities and challenges faced by tourism-driven urbanization.
