上海市17个区县社区卫生服务中心骨质疏松诊断设备及专科医师配置现状 被引量:1

摘要 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是老年人常见病,其发病率为常见病的第7位[1]。骨质疏松症不仅严重威胁老年人群的健康和生活质量,同时给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重经济负担[2-3]。中国一个骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者每年经济负担约为32776元人民币[4]。有研究表明,及早确诊和科学干预可显著降低骨质疏松症患者髋部骨折发生率[5]。目前我国约有骨质疏松症患者6900万,占人口总数6%,城市居民发病率明显高于农村。对于老龄化程度日益严重的国际大都市上海来说,防治骨质疏松症的任务尤为重要。目前,双能X线骨密度仪(dual-energyX-ray absorptiometry,DXA)是临床评估骨量和诊断骨质疏松症的主要工具和金标准。据不完全统计,2009年,北京、上海等大城市每百万人拥有DXA设备不到2台,许多中小城市没有相关设备[6],成为我国大量骨质疏松症患者未能得到及时诊断和治疗的重要原因。
