CT血管成像在颅内动脉瘤临床诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)是致残、致死率很高的急性出血性脑血管病。aSAH病死率约为8%-67%,约12%在就医前死亡,存活者中8%-20%长期生活不能自理(改良Rankin评分评估),20%在aSAH 1年后仍遗留认知功能障碍。aSAH发病时临床表现的严重程度和动脉瘤再出血(特别是早期再出血)是预后不良的主要因素,近年来aSAH的发病率似有增加的趋势,可能主要与神经影像学检查的普及和技术进步使检出率提高有关。特别是基层医疗机构高分辨率CT的普及使其诊断大大提高,并得到及时的治疗,降低了病死率、致残率。
