雷替曲塞、氟尿嘧啶分别联合奥沙利铂治疗术后复发晚期大肠癌的疗效对比

The Efficacy Comparing of Raltitrexed and Fluorouracil Respectively Combined Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Recurrence

目的:对比雷替曲塞、氟尿嘧啶分别联合奥沙利铂治疗术后复发晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的大肠癌患者73例,随机分为两组,观察组37例,采用雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗,对照组36例,采用氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、1年生存率与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组完全缓解0例,部分缓解17例,稳定13例,发展7例,有效率为45.9%(17例),疾病控制率为81.1%(30例),对照组完全缓解0例,部分缓解为6例,稳定为15例,发展为15例,有效率为16.7%(6例),疾病控制率为58.3%(21例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1年生存率与不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗术后复发晚期大肠癌的临床疗效好,能有效提高患者1年生存率,毒副作用小,值得在临床上予以推广。

Objective：To evaluation the clinical efficacy of Raltitrexed and Fluorouracil respectively combined Oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer recurrence.Method：73 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 37 cases,the use of Raltitrexed combined Oxaliplatin treatment,the control group of 36 patients,the use of fluorouracil combined Oxaliplatin treatment,the clinical efficacy,1 year survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Result：There were complete remission 0 case,partial remission in 17 cases,13 cases of stable development of seven cases,the effective rate of 45.9%（17 patients）,the disease control rate was 81.1%（30 patients） in the observation group,in the control group 0 case of complete remission,partial remission 6 cases,15 cases of stability,the development of 15 cases,the effective rate of 16.7%（6 patients）,the disease control rate was 58.3%（21 patients）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.1 year survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Raltitrexed combined Oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer recurrence is good,can effectively improve the survival rate of patients a year,a small side effects,worth to be promoted in clinical practice.
