摘要
目的:分析和研究循证护理缓解肿瘤患者疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年12月-2013年6月笔者所在医院住院肿瘤患者74例,将其按数字随机表法分为观察组(37例)与对照组(37例)。对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用循证护理,将两组患者护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将循证护理应用于肿瘤住院患者的护理中,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,对提高患者生活质量有重要意义。
Objective：To analyze and study clinical efficacy of evidence-based care to ease the pain of cancer patients.Method：74 cases of hospitalized patients with cancer from December 2011 to June 2013 were selected,according to its figures they were randomly divided into observation group（37 cases） and control group（37 cases）.The control group were treated with routine care,observation group were given evidence-based treatment care based on the control group,the effect of two groups of patients care was compared.Result：The quality of life scores in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The VAS pain score in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The evidence-based care of hospitalized patients in cancer care can effectively relieve pain,improve the quality of life of patients.
