社区老年患者生活质量及影响因素分析

Analysis of Community Senile Patients' Quality of Life and Its Influencing Factors

目的:探讨老年患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月在我社区的152例老年患者作为临床研究的对象,应用生活质量评定表和生活质量指数评定表对患者进行评定。结果:通过对152例老年患者的评定结果表明,患者的生活质量与心血管疾病,胃肠疾病,肝胆疾病,肾病,高血压,糖尿病,脑卒中有很大的关系(P<0.05),而且,老年患者由于长期受到疾病的折磨,并且缺乏家庭的温暖,和家人对患者的关心不足等问题,都将严重影响到老年患者的生活质量。结论:积极的开展对疾病的治疗,并且丰富老年患者的精神文化生活,增加家庭的温暖,能够进一步提高老年患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the quality of life of elderly patients and its influencing factors.Method： 152 cases of elderly patients in clinical studies as my community selected from January 2013 to January 2014, the application of quality of life and quality of life index rating scale assessment form for patients were been assessed.Result： 152 cases of elderly patients to assess the results show that the quality of life of patients with cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, liver and gallbladder disease, kidney disease, hypertension, diabetes, stroke have a great relationship（P〈0.05）, and, in elderly patients due to long-term suffer the disease, and lack of family warmth, lack of patient and family care and other issues would seriously affect the quality of life of elderly patients.Conclusion： The positive development of the treatment of the disease, and enrich the cultural life of elderly patients, increasing the warmth of the family, can further improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
