党的统战工作者党性修养探析

On Party Spirit Cultivation of Party Member

中国共产党党章规定的党的性质以及它在长期的革命和建设实践中所形成的区别于其他政党的特点,就是中国共产党的党性,也是每一个共产党员所应具有的党性。党性修养,是指共产党员在政治、思想、道德品质和知识技能方面,按照党性原则进行的自我教育、自我锻炼、自我改造和自我完善。共产党员应重点坚定理想信念、加强党的根本宗旨、加强能力水平、加强品德等方面的修养。

The nature of the Communist Party of China in the Party Constitution and the characteristics which is different from other political parties formed in the long years of revolution and construction is party spirit, which every Party member should have. Party spirit cultivation means Party member＇ s selfeducation, self- training, self- transformation and self-improvement in accordance with the principle of party spirit in political, ideological, moral and intellectual skills. Party member should focus on training or strengthening Communist ideals and faith, the party＇ s fundamental purpose, capacity level and moral and other aspects.
