摘要
多样性、个性化是新形势下高校本科人才培养实践表现出来的特征。广东工业大学紧扣多样性本科人才培养的制度设计内涵,对学校满足社会、区域及产业多样化人才需求,对本校学生多样性、个性化培养需求,对适应多样性本科人才培养的教学体系设计、培养模式选择、教学方法改革及教学保障体系构建等进行全面、深入研究,为开展大规模本科教育多样性人才培养改革的探索构建了基本理论框架。
Nowadays, undergraduate education practice features multi-modality and personalization. With the aim of designing an academic system that facilitates multi-modal and personalized training of technological undergraduates,Guangdong University of Technology carries out a comprehensive, in-depth study, which constructs a basic theoretic framework for large-scale, multi-modal undergraduate education reformation. This study starts with an analysis of social, regional and industrial demands for diversified graduates and of individual needs for diversified training, and then discusses educational system reformation that meets the above demands, including teaching system design, pattern selection, reform of teaching methods, and teaching guarantee system.
