摘要
我国台湾地区中小学全面开展了"融入式"海洋教育,取得了较好效果,大陆地区则相对薄弱。主要从教育政策、教育理念与目标和教育的策略、形式、内容等方面介绍了台湾地区中小学海洋教育的开展状况,并与大陆地区进行了比较研究。提出了制定海洋教育政策、成立海洋教育指导机构、形成海洋教育规划、开展海洋教育研究等建议。
Marine education in Chinese Taiwan Region's primary and secondary schools, carried out in an 'immersive' way, has made great progress, while marine education in Chinese Mainland's primary and secondary schools is relatively underdeveloped. This paper explores the educational policy, philosophy and objectives, strategies, pattern and content of marine education in Chinese Taiwan Region's primary and secondary schools, and makes a comparative study with that in Chinese Mainland. This paper puts forward suggestions of policy-making, setting up guiding institution, planning and research for the sake of marine education.
