生物敷料在颜面部浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究生物敷料在颜面部浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗中的作用。方法:回顾性分析佛山市第一人民医院烧伤整形科2011年1月-2014年1月收治住院的颜面部浅Ⅱ度烧伤患者66例。按治疗方法不同分为两组,治疗组以生物敷料覆盖创面,对照组用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏换药治疗。分别统计两组创面的愈合时间、创面愈合率、平均换药次数、创面分泌物的细菌培养,同时监测两组患儿在用药期间有无实验室检测指标异常及不良反应。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组的创面愈合时间明显缩短[(7.84±1.18)d VS(11.33±2.1)d],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且平均换药次数明显降低(P<0.05)。两组创面细菌培养阳性率的差异无统计学意义。治疗期间所有受试患者血常规、肝肾功能等相关指标无异常波动,绝大多数患者无不适主诉。结论:颜面部浅Ⅱ度创面治疗中应用生物敷料,能明显促进创面愈合,缩短治疗时间,优化治疗体验且有效地减轻色素沉着。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of biological dressing in treatment of facial superficialⅡ burn wounds.Methods:66cases of patients with facial superficialⅡ burn in department of burn surgery in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2014 were included in this study and divided into two groups in the light of treatment methods.The wounds in the treatment group were covered with biological dressing and those in the control group were treated with SD-Ag.We employed the healing time,the frequency of dressing changes and the rate of infection of wounds to measure.We also regularly monitored the laboratory abnormalities and adverse effect within the treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group presented a significantly shorter healing[(7.84±1.18)d VS(11.33±2.1)d,P〈0.05].Meanwhile,biological dressing leaded to significantly reduced dressing changes(P〈0.05).There were no significant difference between the two ones about the outcomes of bacterial culture.Conclusion:Biological dressing can promote wound healing,improve the quality of healing,decrease the treatment time and alleviate pigmentation for facial superficialⅡ burn wounds.
