趋化因子与结核性胸膜炎 被引量:7

摘要 肺结核是结核分枝杆菌感染肺脏引起的慢性传染病,结核性胸腔积液作为常见肺外结核病感染形式之一,是富含淋巴细胞的渗出液[1]。结核分枝杆菌是诱导趋化因子表达的强效物质,趋化因子在结核性胸腔积液病人胸水和外周血中的表达均升高,趋化因子及其受体的相互作用是免疫细胞到达感染部位的关键因素。本文对趋化因子与结核性胸腔积液诊断以及与胸水中免疫细胞聚集间的关系作一综述。
