血清胱抑素C对慢性肾脏病继发急性肾损伤的临床价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者继发急性肾损伤(AKI)的相关因素,并分析血清胱抑素C(Cys C)对CKD继发AKI的临床价值。方法 CKD患者72例,其中继发AKI 40例(AKI组),无继发AKI 30例(非AKI组),采用乳胶颗粒增强免疫透射比浊分析法检测血清Cys C浓度,并回顾性分析患者的一般资料、病因、临床特点。结果 AKI组血清Cys C水平为(2.42±0.80)mg/L,显著高于非AKI组的(1.30±1.15)mg/L(P<0.05);AKI组各期之间,血清Cys C水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着分期的增加,Cys C水平上升。AKI组eGFR为(78.68±15.92)ml/(min·1.73 m2),显著高于非AKI组的(37.21±10.47)ml/(min·1.73 m2)(P<0.05)。结论 AKI患者血清Cys C水平高于非AKI组,且随AKI分级提高,Cys C水平明显提高,Cys C是早期诊断AKI的指标之一。CKD患者易受多种因素影响,出现CKD继发AKI应及早发现、早诊断、早治疗,争取在短时间内采取措施。
