摘要 充填挡墙是影响充填胶结效率的重要因素,也是确保矿山充填生产安全进行的先决条件。针对大冶铁矿狮子山井下-108m水平采用的浅孔留矿嗣后全尾砂胶结充填法,提出了采场-108m水平采场充填挡墙的具体实施方案,并对充填挡墙进行受力分析及力学参数计算,得出合适的挡墙厚度,并对充填挡墙进行排水设计。研究结果不仅有效地解决了-108m水平开采的技术难点,同时也为其它金属矿山采用胶结充填法提供了一定的参考。 Retaining wall is not only an important factor affecting cementing efficiency,but also the precondition of ensuring filling safety.According to the short-hole shrinkage subsequent filling method applied to-108 m level of Shizishan in Daye Iron Mine,the concrete implementing scheme of-108 mlevel stope retaining wall is put forward,and the suitable thickness of retaining wall is calculated by force analysis and mechanical parameters calculation.What's more,the drainage of the retaining wall is designed.All these works not only solve the technical difficulties of-108 mlevel mining,but also provide a certain reference value for other metal mines when they use cemented backfill method.
