一种加快下部矿仓混凝土工程施工进度的方法

摘要 溜破系统下部矿仓混凝土浇筑施工一般采用从下往上的顺序进行,而且由于破碎机基础量较大,又与下部矿仓连成整体,在支模过程中必须对其支撑进行加固处理,因此施工所用的时间较长。为了节约工期,加快下部矿仓的施工进度,考虑将破碎机基础浇筑的模板支撑改造成两个平台,一个用于支撑模板,另一个用于人员作业,这样可以将下部矿仓分成上、下两个部分同时浇筑。现场施工通过采取"双平台"技术方案,实现了下部矿仓钢筋混凝土分部同时浇筑,加快了下部矿仓的施工进度,比正常施工节约了20d时间。 The lower ore bin concrete construction in ore pass fragmenting system generally uses bottom-up order.Because the crusher foundation concrete volume is large,and it is connected as a whole with the lower ore bin,so the template's support must be reinforced during the installation,and the whole process will take a long time.In order to save time and speed up the construction progress of lower ore bin,this paper reform the template support into two platforms,one is used to support a template,another is for workers,so the lower ore bin can be divided into two parts to build at the same time.By the "double platform" solution,the lower ore bin reinforced concrete was divided into two parts to build at the same time,the construction progress of lower ore bin is speeded up for 20 days than normal construction.
