摘要
蛋氨酸在多种日粮中对反刍动物的生长、产毛和泌乳等性状是最具限制性的氨基酸。采用常规饲喂方法增加过瘤胃蛋氨酸的数量不仅存在着明显的营养缺陷,而且对环境造成极大污染,而采用化学性保护的过瘤胃蛋氨酸不仅化学结构稳定,在瘤胃内的降解率低,而且适口性好、生物学利用率高,在反刍动物生产中具有广阔的前景。文章就化学性保护过瘤胃蛋氨酸的主要种类、吸收机制、瘤胃发酵和瘤胃生物的影响以及对反刍动物生产性能的影响进行综述。
Methionine is one of the most restrictive amino acids in a wide variety of diet on the produe- tion of growth, fur and milk of ruminants. The conventional feeding methods to increase the number of rtnnen bypass methionine not only exist obvious nutritional deficiencies, but cause great pollution to Ihe environment. The chemical protected rumen bypass melhionine not only has the stable chemical slrueture and Ihe low tureen degradation rate, but also has good palatability, high utilization rats of bi- ology. All in all, it has a broad prospect in ruminant production. In this article, the main types, absorp- tion mechanism, its effects on rumen fermentation, rumen microorganism, and the properties of rural- nant production of chemical rumen protected methionine were reviewed.
