白腐真菌发酵玉米秸秆饲料的工艺研究

摘要 以玉米秸秆为原料,采用白腐真菌发酵玉米秸秆降解纤维素制备饲料,以白腐真菌降解玉米秸秆纤维素酶活为考察指标,通过L9 3(4)正交实验确定玉米秸秆饲料发酵的最佳条件:发酵时间72 h、温度30℃、pH值8.5和固液比1??15。 The feed was prepared by the fermentation of corn stalk with white-rot fungi, the L9(3^4) or- thogonal experiments were designed to optimize the fermentation process by using enzyme activity of degrading corn stalk as index, the optimum conditions of invested variables were as follows: the ration of solid and liquid 1 : 15, pH value 8.5, and the constant temperature 30℃ for 72 h.
