综合回收某铜钼矿中钼的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某铜钼矿的矿石性质,确定了"铜钼混选—粗精矿再磨—铜钼分离"工艺,采用常规药剂制度,实验室获得的闭路试验指标为铜精矿品位30.40%、铜回收率93.94%,钼精矿品位46.51%、钼回收率74.89%。与原工艺相比,在铜品位大幅提高的情况下,铜回收率提高了8.94个百分点,综合回收了品位大于45%的钼精矿。 According to the characteristics of a copper-molybdenum ore, the flotation flowsheet of Cu-Mo bulk flotation, bulk concentrate regrinding and Cu-Mo separation was determined. Using the conventional reagent system, the results of the closed-circuit test showed that copper concentrate with copper grade and recovery of 30.40% and 93.94% respectively and molybdenum concentrate with grade and recovery of 46.51% and 74.89% respectively were obtained. Compared with the original process, the grade of copper concentrate was substantial increased, the copper recovery was improved by 8.94 percentage points, and the molybdenum concentrate with grade more than 45% was comprehensively recycled.
