摘要
蓝晶石是一种重要的耐火材料,其中的铁杂质会降低蓝晶石制品的耐火度,影响工业使用性能,故对蓝晶石进行除铁是蓝晶石选矿中重要工艺步骤。河北某地蓝晶石生产企业使用GCG15100-4电磁感应辊强磁选机取代原流程中的筒式干选机,最终使蓝晶石精矿中含铁量由原来的1.64%降低到1.02%,提高了蓝晶石精矿质量。
The kyanite is an important refractory materials. The iron impurity reduces the refractoriness of the kyanite products, which influences the industrial performance of the kyanite. Therefore, it is an important processing step to separate iron impurity from kyanite. A kyanite production enterprises in Hebei replaces dry drum magnetic separator in original process with GCG15100-4 induced roller high intensity electromagnetic separator and gets iron content of the kyanite concentrate reduced to 1.02% from 1.64%, which improves the quality of kyanite.
