Chinese singer Zhang Liangying, who goes by the English name Jane Zhang, is shining bright on the international stage. In 2007, she was invited to sing the theme song for the Chinese music drama, Impression West Lake, whichwas composed by Japanese musician Masanori Takahaslli, better known as Kitaro. She marie her American television debut in 2009 -- on the Oprah Winfrey Show, no less -- and, in 2010, she became the first Chinese singer to walk the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. In August this year, she was a juror at the 38th Montreal World Film Festival.
