摘要 随着高等教育扩招,大学教育逐步转向大众教育。如何在保证合格的大众教育的同时,完成优秀大学生的培养是各高校在研究和实践的课题。各高校从教学模式、教学方法、培养方案、学籍政策、师资队伍建设和教学条件等方面做出各种尝试,也获得了一些效果。学科竞赛作为一种以学生为主体,理论与实践紧密结合,深受学生喜欢的活动,已经成为实践教学的重要组成部分。论文基于七年的智能车模团队建设和学生培养的实践,提出建设一套基于综合性学科竞赛平台,注重能力和品性培养的优秀大学生成长引导机制。 With the expansion of higher education,university education has moved from elite to a mass model.How do we balance the relationship between cultivating elite undergraduates and guarantee a qualified mass education? The question has been researched and practiced in many universities.Some universities make some changes about teaching models,teaching methods,training plan,enrollment policy,construction of teaching staff and teaching conditions,and get some achievement.Loved by students,subject competition is a student-oriented exercise,and is an important part of practice teaching.Based on the seven-year experience of smart car model teambuilding,a growth leading mechanism of top students,based on comprehensive subject competition,is put forward in this paper,it focuses on students' ability and character development.
