现代教育技术在“药学多维实践平台”的应用

为了解决因全国高校扩招,高校在专业设置、课程结构及人才培养等方面与就业市场需求不吻合造成就业困难的问题。分析大学生就业市场的对药学人才能力的需求和我校实践教学存在的问题,提出利用现代教育技术建设"药学多维实践平台"。利用现代教育技术在建设"仿真实验室"、远程指导实习生毕业论文写作、开展药学实践技能实训等方面工作起到良好的效果。可以提高我校药学及相关专业学生实践和创新能力的培养,增强毕业生就业竞争力,促进毕业生更快地适应工作岗位,实现学生、学校和企业的多赢局面。

Because the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,and colleges and universities in a professional setting,curriculum structure and personnel training are not consistent with employment market demand,it leads to employment difficulty.This paper analyzes university students＇employment market demands for medicine students＇ability and the problems existing in the practice teaching in our school,puts forward the construction of “pharmaceutical multidimensional practice platform” using modern education technology.The provides a “ simulation lab”,remote guides intern graduation thesis writing,and pharmacy practice skill training and so on.It works to have good effects.The platform can improve our pharmaceutical and related professional students＇practical and innovative ability,strengthen the graduate employment competitiveness,and promote the graduates to adapt to work faster,make the students,schools and enterprises to win more.
