摘要
外科学基础实践教学是医学生理论学习向临床实践转变的桥梁课程,是提高医学生外科学基础技能的关键课程之一。我们通过规范带教内容、合理采用网络质控体系、增加实践教学过程中的层层过关考核及课程结束时的客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)等方法,加强了医学生外科基础实践学习过程中理论与实践的结合,促使学生发挥主观能动性,自主思考,有效利用各项教学资源,不断提高外科学基础技能。在2010级学生中进行随机对照研究,取得了良好的教学成效,并在全国技能大赛取得较好成绩,为医学生提高临床操作技能奠定良好的基础。
the surgery practice teaching is an important transition for medical students from the theoretical study to the practice operation,and it is also the key to the medical students' surgical skills.By standardizing teaching contents,the reasonable use of network system,increasing layers of assessment and use the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (Objective Structured Clinical Examination,the OSCE),we want to strengthen the combination of theory and practice of the learning process based practice of surgery medical students,encourage students to play the subjective initiative and independent thinking.What's more,we hope students take effective use of the resources and time to improve themselves.Comparison study in the class of 2010 students showed that these means had not only achieved good teaching results,improved the teaching quality,but also got good grades in the national skills contest,laid a solid foundation for surgery medical students.
