摘要
如何提高教学实验室的使用绩效一直是高校实验室管理部门关注的热点,也是实验室管理的难点,因此,建立一套行之有效的实验室绩效评价体系,显得尤为重要。本文尝试运用平衡计分卡的基本原理和方法,结合实验室管理的特点,分析了平衡计分卡应用在实验室绩效评价的可行性;然后综合财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与成长4个维度的内容,设计出实验室平衡计分卡的基本模型和战略地图;根据战略地图,对应顾客、内部流程、学习与成长和财务4个维度的考核目标,结合实验室绩效考核的内容,设计出绩效考核指标,从而构建了实验室绩效评价体系。
How to improve the appication performance of the teaching laboratory,not only has always been the focus of attention of the laboratory management department,but also has been a difficult problem in the universities.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an effective laboratory performance evaluation system.In this paper,by using the basic principles and methods of Balanced Scorecard,according to the characteristics of laboratory management,the feasibility of the application of Balanced Scorecard in the laboratory performance evaluation is analyzed.The contents are in four dimensions,including finance,customers,internal processes and learning and growth.The laboratory basic model of the Balanced Scorecard and strategy maps have been designed.According to the strategy maps,assessment aims of 4 dimensions combined with laboratory performance evaluation content,assessment indicators have been designed.After this,a laboratory performance evaluation system is established.
