高校实验室文化建设创新探究

A study of Innovation in the University Laboratory Cultural Development

通过对人才队伍及制度建设、机制创新环境、认识观念更新等重要环节的分析,剖析了当前影响我国高校实验室文化建设的主要症结,借鉴、梳理和分析了中外名家的理论研究成果和实验室文化创新的成功案例,紧紧围绕教学、科研和育人三大中心任务,明确了以规划建设与定位为首、制度建设保障为本、品格锻造与凝炼为魂的基本建设途径,在阐述实验室文化创新重要性的基础上,提出要牢牢把握"人"这一关键要素积极性的调动与发挥,从而实现各种优势资源的边际效应力争达到最大化的创新发展理念,为实验室文化创新探索指明了新的发展方向。

The culture in the laboratory plays a significant role in its development.The innovation of the laboratory counts a lot for the achievement of the cultural development goals,and also works as a necessary condition for developing our country through science and technology.This paper analyses the personnel development and the system construction,the innovative environment and the updated concepts.Meanwhile,it also pays enough attention to the major obstacles in the laboratory culture development in China＇ s colleges.Famous theories advanced home and abroad are borrowed and successful cases are analyzed.The paper,in general,focuses on three major tasks：teaching,research and personality development.Planned construction is the top priority; system development plays the basic role; and personality cultivation works as the fundamental approach.Given the importance of the laboratory culture innovation,this work particularly stresses the fulfillment of the initiatives in “human being”,so as to maximize the marginal effects of various positive resources which offers a new developing orientation for the laboratory culture innovation.
