摘要
在深入分析大型仪器设备管理体制的基础上,立足于大型仪器设备的特点,探讨大型仪器设备开放共享平台运行机制的建构方案和管理模式,从而充分发挥大型仪器设备的使用效益。面对创新型国家建设和区域经济发展的要求,高校可通过资源整合、信息化手段、人员培训、严格验收、运用专项基金的杠杆作用等具体方式,合理搭配,统一整合,发挥高校教学科研基础设施的资源优势,提高其社会开放共享程度,最终提升大型仪器设备的利用率。
Establishment of shared platform is an important way to improve the quality of teaching and scientific research,and the use efficiency of large instruments in colleges and universities.But in most cases,open sharing of instrument platforms run ineffective.The reason lies to establish an effective operational mechanism and management mode.This paper analyzes the large instrument management system,based on the characteristics of large instrument to explore the large instrument open sharing platform construction program,operating mechanism and management mode,and to maximize the efficient use of large instrument.Facing on building an innovative country and regional economic development requirements,the university can apply the integration of resources,informatization,staff training,strict inspection,the use of special funds leverage other specific way,to give play to college advantages in teaching and research foundation facilities,so as to improve their social open sharing degree,and ultimately enhance the utilization of large instruments.
