输电线路导线悬垂线夹连接螺栓临时止退装置的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 输电线路导线悬垂线夹与碗头挂板的连接螺栓闭口销由于磨损、剪断退出后,连接螺栓、螺母失去限位,逐渐退出直至掉落,造成绝缘子串与悬垂线夹脱离、导线脱落事故。为避免螺栓退出现象,研制了悬垂线夹连接螺栓临时止退装置。该装置对悬垂线夹螺栓、螺母起到限制位置的作用,确保螺母、螺栓不再退出,可有效避免掉线事故的发生。悬垂线夹连接螺栓临时止退装置经在巴彦淖尔电业局所辖输电线路的应用,可对悬垂线夹闭口销螺母进行临时固定,解决了不能采取带电作业方式处理缺陷的问题,保证了输电线路的安全运行。 Components of transmission lines will appear different degrees of wear andaging, some even rupture due to the factors such as wind, gas corrosion, natural aging inthe process of operation. The suspension clamp is worn most seriously in the components,which aim to prevent the nut of the hardware runnning out in the process of operation,lest the connecting bolt of hardware is lapsed, which will lead to the lapse of the screwcausing the wire drop accident. This paper aimed to develop and apply the temporarybackstop device of suspension clamp connecting bolt to prevent the bolt from running outand the wire dropping, when the suspension clamp is worn and the bolt is lapsed andunable to take temporary measures to guarantee the safety operation of the transmission line.
