合肥地区高血压患病情况及影响因素调查

Prevalence and influence factors of hypertension in Hefei area

目的了解安徽省合肥市15岁及以上人群高血压患病情况及其相关因素。方法采用分层多阶段随机整群抽样方法,抽取合肥市某区15岁以上共计1900例作为调查对象,通过问卷调查,体格检查获取调查对象信息。结果调查对象1900例中共发现高血压患者468例,患病率为24.63%;男性占28.72%,女性占20.51%;55岁以上年龄组人群高血压患病率高达55.8%。高血压患病的高危因素为体质量指数、年龄、摄钠量、中心型肥胖。结论合肥市15岁以上人群高血压患病率较高,应该尽快控制高血压患病高危因素。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and influence factors of hypertension in Hefei area,and influencing factors of hypertension in Hefei area. Methods A total of 1900 subjects aged above 15 years in one District of He fei were selected with multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method. The information of subjects was collected by questionnaire survey and physical examination. Results There were 468 patients with hypertension were examined and the prevalence of hypertension was 24. 63%,28. 72% in male,20. 51% in female. The prevalence of hypertension was 55. 8% in 55 years and older. The risk factors of hypertension were BMI,age,the amount of salt and central obesity. Conclusion People aged over 15 in Hefei city has a high prevalence of hypertension. The Institution should carry out health education as soon as possible in order to strengthen the self health care consciousness and change the bad life style actively.
