高职院校成人教育学生管理存在的问题及对策研究

Research on student management problems and countermeasures of adult education in higher vocational colleges

当前,高职院校成人教育的学生管理多采用刚性管理的模式,实践表明这样的管理模式已经不能适应形势的要求。文章针对当前高职院校成人教育学生刚性管理下存在的问题,提出了具体的解决对策,希望引起广大教育工作者的关注。

At present, the student management of adult education in higher vocational colleges is a rigid management mode. Practice shows that this kind of management pattern can not adapt to the requirements of the situation. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures, hoping to come to the attention of the general education workers.
