摘要 整合资源,加强高职思政理论课教师与辅导员队伍之间的交流与合作,实施"思教、学工联动,教、学、做合一"的育入模式,是高职思政工作改革的需要,文章分析了高职院校思政课教师与辅导员队伍交流现状,并以长沙民政职业技术学院的探索和实践为基础,积极探索高职院校思政课教师与辅导员队伍联动机制。 The reform of ideological and political work needs to integrate the resources, strengthen the exchanges and cooperation of relevant teachers and counselors and implement the mode of "ideological teaching and learning linkage, integration of teaching, learning and doing" . This paper analyzes the present situation of communication between teachers and counselors. Based on the practice of Changsha Social Work College, the paper actively explores the linkage mechanism of ideological and pohtical course teachers and counselors
