Risk Management and Control Measures of Hydropower Engineering Projects

针对长江三峡集团在几个大型水电工程的建设实践,总结归纳风险管理与控制中的核心问题,即在工程保险、工程担保、工程监理方面来实现对资金、工程建设质量进度等的风险管理与控制,分析了水电工程及流域梯级开发风险管理的作用、特点、优缺点及注意事项。

Based on the construction practice of several large- scale hydropower engineering projects by China Three Gorges Corporation,some key issues in the risk management and control of hydropower project are summarized. Risks in the investment and construction quality and schedule should be managed and controlled through engineering insurance,engineering guarantee and engineering supervision. Functions,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,guidelines of the risk management of hydropower engineering projects and cascade development of river basin are analyzed.
