紫草制剂联合透明伤口敷料湿性治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

Effect of Shikonin with Transparent Wound Dressing on Stage II Bedsore with Moist Therapy

目的探讨紫草制剂联合透明伤口敷料湿性治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果。方法将60例Ⅱ期压疮患者采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组患者使用将紫草制剂注射在伤口透明敷料24 h湿性治疗Ⅱ期压疮,对照组患者使用水胶体敷料24 h湿性治疗Ⅱ期压疮。观察比较两组患者治疗2周时的总有效率,以及治疗压疮有效的时间,治疗压疮所花费的经济费用。结果两组患者总有效率均为97%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗压疮有效时间、治疗压疮所需费用比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫草制剂联合透明伤口敷料和水胶体敷料治疗Ⅱ期压疮都有效,但紫草制剂联合透明伤口敷料湿性治疗能够更快使Ⅱ期压疮愈合,且更节约经济费用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Shikonin combined with transparent wound dressing on stage II bedsore with moist therapy. Methods Sixty cases of bedsore were randomly divided into observation group （Shikonin group） and control group （water gel group） with 30 cases in each group. Total curative effect, medical cost and effective time of the treatment in both groups were compared. ReSults There was no difference on total curative effect （97%） in both groups （P〉0.05） but the comparison between medical cost and effective time of the treatment showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With low medical cost and short treatment time, Shikonin combined with transparent wound dressing is effective for stage II bedsore through moist therapy.
