青城子铅锌矿铅精矿含银1 200g/t左右,银回收率75%。按现场生产流程和药剂制度进行对比试验,磨矿细度由-0.074mm占50%提高到60%,尾矿中银由7g/t降到5g/t;降低再磨细度,硫精矿含银量减少,银回收率由原来的75%提高到81%。
The silver content in lead concentrate of Qingehengzi Lead-zinc Mine is around 1 200g/t, and the recovery rate of silver in lead concentrate is 75%. The experiment process and reagent system was the same as the production. The loss of silver in tailings declined from 7g/t to 5g/-t after reducing the grinding fineness from 50% -0. 074mm to 60% -0. 074mm. The silver content in sulfur concentrate decreased and the silver recovery rate in lead concentrate increased from 75% to 81% while the regrinding fineness was reduced.
