焦化粗苯加氢装置尾气脱硫新工艺

New desulfurization technology for coking crude benzol hydrogenation off gas

摘要 焦化粗苯加氢精制后的尾气中含有大量的硫化物,直接排放不能满足环保要求。介绍了原有的脱硫工艺及存在的各种问题。为了满足尾气排放的环保标准,对原有工艺进行优化,采用湿法脱硫制硫氢化钠新工艺,既解决了污染源问题,又创造了可观的经济效益。 The eoking crude benzol hydrogenation off gas direct emissions can not meet the requirements of environmental protec- tion, because it contains a lot of sulfide. The problems exists in the original desulfurization technology are presented. In order to satisfy the state environmental protection standards of exhaust emission, the original technology is optimized. Applying new technology of wet- method desulfurization to produce sodium hydrosulfide, the source of pollution is solved and considerable economic benefits are created.
