摘要
通过考察氯丙醇与Ca(OH)2皂化反应过程以及环氧丙烷在Ca(OH)2环境下水解反应过程,得到氯丙醇皂化与环氧丙烷水解反应数据,并借助Origin回归得到动力学反应方程,比较不同温度、碱倍率下氢氧化钙与氯丙醇反应过程中皂化与水解反应的差异,为环氧丙烷生产过程的模拟与优化提供数据支持和理论基础。
The saponification reaction of chloropropanol to epoxy propane and the hydrolysis reaction in calcium hydroxide condi- tion are discussed, and the reaction data are obtained. Kinetics reaction equation is achieved with Origin regression method, the differ- ence between saponification and hydrolysis of calcium hydroxide and chloropropanol in different temperature and alkali ratio is com- pared. The results provide data support and theoretical base to simulate and optimize the productive process of epoxy propane.
