摘要
针对某型航空发动机外涵机匣开环形槽结构的安装边,建立了包括安装边和连接螺栓的有限元计算模型。采用有限元接触分析方法对安装边结合面的接触应力和接触间隙进行了计算,分析了安装边螺栓孔距、安装边厚度和开槽深度对安装边密封性的影响。结果表明,安装边开环形槽结构有利于密封,适当增加安装边螺栓数和安装边厚度可改善其密封性。
A finite element model including the flange and bolt is built to study the characteristics of flange, a part of the bypass duct case in an aero-engine, with groove on the surface. The contact stress and clearance are calculated based on the contact analysis. The effects on the flange of the distance of the bolt hole, the thickness of the flange and the depth of the groove are studied. The results show that the sealing performance can be improved by introducing annular groove on the surface or increasing the bolt numbers or increasing the thickness of the flange.
