高相对分子质量聚丙烯酰胺生产工艺的优化

摘要 采用前加碱均聚共水解工艺生产的油田用高相对分子质量聚丙烯酰胺,其相对分子质量和黏度受到了诸如氧化还原体系、链转移剂、反应温度等方面的影响。本文从上述几个因素出发,探讨了各个因素对聚丙烯酰胺产品的相对分子质量和黏度的影响,优化了高相对分子质量聚丙烯酰胺的配方体系,合成出了相对分子质量大于1.6×107,黏度大于45 mPa·s的产品。 It was used that the polyacrylamide of high relative molecular weight for oilfield; the polyacrylamide was produced by process of pre-alkali added homopolymerization cohydrolysis. The relative molecular weight and viscosity of the polyaerylamide was influenced by factors such as the redox system, chain transfer agents and reaction temperature, etc. Based on the above factors, the influences on the relative molecular weight and viscosity were discussed. Because formula system of the polyacrylamide was optimized, the polyacrylamide had been synthesized with the relative molecular weight more than 1.6×10^7 and viscosity over 45 mPa·s.
