摘要
目的 探讨T2DM合并MS与肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的关系. 方法 选择研究对象540例,根据T2DM和MS诊断标准将其分为单纯T2DM组和MS 1~3亚组,检测各组SBP、DBP、FPG、2 hPG、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC水平及baPWV. 结果 各组年龄、BMI、糖尿病病程、2 hPG、HbA1 c、HDL-C水平及吸烟人数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).MS 1~3组baPWV较单纯T2DM组明显升高(P<0.05),且baPWV水平依次为:MS3组>MS2组>MS1组(P<0.05或P<0.01).相关分析结果显示,SBP、FPG、TG、LDL-C与baPWV相关. 结论 MS患者baPWV升高,且随着MS组分增加呈上升趋势.MS可能会增加T2DM患者动脉僵硬程度及发生大血管病变的风险.baPWV检测有助于评估MS患者血管病变.
Objective To investigate the relationship of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in patients with T2DM and metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods 540 cases of study objects were divided into simple T2DM group and MS 1-3 subgroups and the SBP, DBP, FPG, 2 hPG, HDL-C, LDL-C,TG,TC levels and baPWV were detected. Results The age, BMI, course of diabetes, 2 hPG, HbA1 c, HDL-C levels and the number of smokers showed no significant difference among simple T2DM group and MS 1-3 subgroups(P〈0. 05). The baPWV was significantly higher in MS 1-3 subgroup than in simple T2DM group (P〈0. 05), and the baPWV of MS 1-3 MS subgroups were in order of MS 3 subgroup〉MS 2 subgroup〉MS 1 subgroup(P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01). Correlation analysis results showed that,SBP,FPG,TG and LDL-C were correlated with baPWV. Conclusion The baPWV of MS patients was increased, and it shows a rising trend with the increase of MS components numbers. MS may increase the degree of artery stiffness and the risk of macroangiopathy in patients with T2DM. The baPWV detection may help to assess vascular lesions of MS patients.
