糖原性肝病肝穿刺病理诊断一例

Pathologic diagnosis of glycogenic hepatopathy with liver biopsy:One case report

摘要本文报道1例T1DM伴肝脏肿大患者转氨酶升高,经肝脏穿刺诊断为糖原性肝病,经严格控制血糖5个月后复查转氨酶降至正常。 The patient in the report is a case with hepatomegaly and elevated liver enzymes with TIDM, who was diagnosed as glycogenic hepatopathy by liver biopsy. The liver enzymes could be revert to normal by 5 months of strict glycemic control.
