摘要
糖尿病是一种与代谢相关的慢性疾病,可引起相关的血管损伤。糖尿病并发症发病机理十分复杂,而氧化应激(OS)是引起糖尿病血管并发症的重要机制之一。OS可引起体内糖代谢障碍和脂质代谢紊乱,引发高血糖和炎症反应,损伤组织器官,并加速糖尿病血管并发症的发生和发展,可导致动脉粥样硬化(AS)、内皮血管损伤等,严重影响日常生活,其心血管并发症是导致患者死亡的主要原因之一。正确的认识、评价和治疗OS,可能对糖尿病血管并发症的研究具有重要意义。
Diabetes is a chronic disease and it can cause vascular damage. Pathogenesis of diabetic complications is very complicated, and oxidative stress(OS) is one of the important mechanisms of vascular complications in diabetes. Oxidative stress can cause the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism, trigger high glucose concentrations and inflammatory response, damage tissues and organs, and accelerate the oc- currence and development of vascular complications in diabetic patients. It can lead to the atherosclerosis, vascular endothelial injury. Cardiovascular complications of diabetes are one of the main cause of death in patients. So, exactly recognizing, evaluating, and treating oxidative stress might be very important in the study of diabetic vascular complications.
