摘要
通过介绍六西格玛管理在航天制造业的实践活动的背景,论述了选题的原则、方法和过程,推进委员会的组织形式和管理办法,列举了5项课题的改善效果,总结了学员的反馈意见。根据对实践过程和航天制造业的特点,提出了六西格玛管理引入航天制造业的3个关键因素,分别为持续效益、与航天文化的融合以及建立适合六西格玛管理的过程管理模式。实践和分析结果表明,航天制造业引入六西格玛管理是可行的。
By introducing the background of Six Sigma Management in aerospace manufacturing industry practice, this paper discusses the principle, method and process, the organization and the management committee of the topic, lists 5 subject to improve the results, summarized the feedbacks from students. According to the characteristics of the process of practice and aerospace manufacturing industry, puts forward 3 key factors into aerospace manufacturing industry of Six Sigma management, respectively, and the fusion sustained benefit space culture and establish process management mode of Six Sigma manage-ment. Practice and analysis results show that, the aerospace manufacturing industry to introduce Six Sigma Management is feasible.
