摘要
根据B6063型牛头刨床,建立了摆动导杆机构的数学模型和仿真模型,获得了速度及加速度方程;利用Comosmotion软件进行了仿真测试,得到了刨刀随时间变化的位移、速度、加速度曲线和动力情况,为牛头刨床的运行平稳性、结构和优化设计提供了参考。
This paper has established mathematical model and simulation model of oscillating guard bar mechanism by B6063 shaping machine,and acquired velocity and acceleration equation. It has getted curves of displacement、velocity and accelera-tion with time using comosmotion software, in order to improve smooth movement and optimize the structure of shaping ma-chine.
