摘要
通过对压路机振动频率波动现象及其产生的原因进行分析,得出了振动频率随振动负荷变化的基本规律;通过数学分析,从理论上推导出影响压路机振动频率稳定性的相关因素。通过对某国产全液压单钢轮压路机进行试验,验证了结论的正确性。提出了改善发动机性能、调整液压系统配置等提高振动压路机压实过程中频率稳定性的方法。
By analyzing the phenomenon and causes of the frequency fluctuation ,the basic laws were found that the vibration frequency changed with vibration load .And by mathematical analysis , the factors that influenced the frequency stability were derived theoretically .Then correctness of the proposed conclusions was validated by experiments with a hydraulic single drum roller .A series of methods are proposed to improve the frequency stability ,such as improving the engine's performance , adjusting the configuration of hydraulic systems .
